Vocational Schools

AEP’s Partner Vocational Schools help students prepare for careers in art, aviation, culinary arts, film, information technology, music, and many others. Students receive intensive “hands-on” training and develop the skills needed to enter the workforce within a short period of time. Most vocational school programs can be completed in 6-12 months.

Starting terms: Varies by school and program.
When to apply: Varies by school and program, but many accept applications until 2 months before the preferred starting term. Applying at least 4 months before the preferred starting term is highly recommended.
General Admission requirements: Proof of sufficient financial support, high school diploma, proof of satisfactory English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.), audition tape or portfolio (for some music and art programs).
Visa type required: F-1 or M-1 Student Visa (depends on program)
